From 17 May to 6 June 2022, the French Institute in Slovenia organised the Golden Macaron competition for the best French pastry, dedicated to primary and secondary school pupils in Slovenia. The jury, chaired for the second year in a row by pastry chef Naser Gashi, selected the 15 best pastry chefs, including Lotta Zimmermann and Maksimiljan Jerše from S3!
