The P1E class ventured in a STEAM Challenge called Mystery Music Box inspired by the Musical Play "Dzumbuz". They were given the task to design and create their own Music Box by using items which they can find at home. The project is a great example of transdisciplinary learning wherein students utilized. their Math skills in building, measuring and constructing, Arts for decorating and painting, and critical-thinking skills in identifying which materials can create a variety of sounds in varying pitches when tapped or shaken. The class had a blast singing, dancing and jamming with their Mystery Boxes.
