After visiting the river animals a few weeks ago, students in P5E wrote beautiful stories from the perspective of different animals and today they read them to P1E. This socially distanced reading was a big success, from nutria stories, to duck stories and cartoon strips. Students lovingly drafted, typed and printed then added photos to their stories, some students even put front covers. P1E thanked our P5E students by reading them the story the little red hen which included the actions! A huge well done to both classes to reading so confidently.
