On the 23rd of April, a group of 11 students, under the guidance of Ms. Meštrović Boughazi and Ms. Reindl, performed at the Fête de la Musique in Maribor. The Fête de la Musique is an annual event where students from across Slovenia come together to perform French music. Before the event, the group spent some time enjoying pizza and ice cream by the Drava River.

This year, three ESLj students performed the song “Sapés Comme Jamais” by Gims, accompanied by eight enthralling dancers. It was a great experience to perform on a proper stage with fluorescent spotlights and a stunning sound system. The group did a magnificent job with their performance. The teachers and students also enjoyed many excellent performances by other schools. Everyone had a great time and is looking forward to participating again next year.
