Library Visit as Part of the Growing with Books Project

As part of the national project Growing with Books (Rastem s knjigo), which encourages students to read high-quality young adult literature, especially works by Slovenian authors, students from classes S2S and S5S visited the Oton Župančič Library.

They explored the Župančič Memorial Room, strolled among the bookshelves, and listened to a presentation by the librarian.

At the end of the visit, each student received a book as a gift. This year, S2S students were given the illustrated crime novel Orientacisti: Škorpijonov pik (The Orienteers: The Scorpion’s Sting) by Nina Mav Hrovat, while S5S students received the novel Koliko še? (How Much Longer?) by Janja Vidmar.
